I have been waiting for a down loader to equal the tst box. If the tst box can fool the ecm to produce 190 RWHP & #540 lbs torque. Why cant someone ( bullydog / Quad / pacific performance/ blue chip ), write a program to let the ECM duplicate those numbers . I just don't get it. I'm not a computer programmer, but if you can fool it to do it, why cant you just tell it to do it. This is very frustrating for me. thanks , for listening

Kinda impatient aren't you? Probablly because to tell the factory ecm to do certain things would directly contradict its base rogramming. think terminator three when he trying to take out connor. thats my guess anyhow.

 

It has to do with the fact that the stock injector driver circuitry can't produce enough juice to keep the injectors open long enough - that's why the big duration boxes interface directly with the injectors.
