I know, why not leave the money in your pocket by leaving the wheels and tires that were on it when ya first bought it. May perform just as well with less hassle and problems. Just a suggestion.

I don't think you are really gonna be able to make that sucker turn any sharper than it already does. Different backspacing on wheels might help a very SMALL amount but probably not a noticeable difference. Unfortunetely that's the problem with long wheelbased trucks.......just be glad you didn't buy a Ford......those things are like turning a 747!!

Hey Top
Sorry to hear about your guys extension for a while longer hope you get home to the snow soon. I'm down here too (Baghdad) going through truck withdrawls myself, while the wife sends me reports about harassing the germans with mine. Keep your spirits up and head down.

Tyler02, I also thank you. I'm in the Navy and was over there supporting you in '05. You deserve the thanks, cause with out you we wouldn't be able to talk about your trucks like this. Keep up the good work and stay safe so you can enjoy the truck.

**** it, you guys are great. I sit here and read this (and I'm probably a little more patriotic and emotional than I need to be) and every now and then, I'll have a little excess water in the eyes. Doesn't run down my face, but just builds up pretty good. Guess that's pride showing on the outside. Want to thank you for your support and information. The deal was, we spent 10 months in Mosul, then two in Tall Afar. Got ready to come home at the one year mark......and didn't. Extended until ??? in Baghdad. We should be done once all the violence in Iraq is over. Funny how we were "nobody's" before this deployment. Just the "hunting and fishing brigade", hiding out in Alaska. Look at us now, pushing Divisions out of the way to do the job. "Top 'o the world, ma!" This is how management handles you when you take care of business, if you know what I mean. It's the same in every industry I imagine.

Thanks again,
Phil

PS: For historical note, 1st Stryker Brigade out of Fort Lewis did a phenomenal job in Mosul and fought their butts off, bringing the city back into total control.
