I have put on a K & N filter charger system and noticed a difference. It allows the turbo to spool up quicker and get more air. It makes the turbo louder but I don't think that's a bad thing.

I did the Amsoil Air Filter to avoid conflicts and the dealership voiding the warrenty. Has as good air flow if not better than K&N, but not an issue for warnety
Then got to go chip!
I have a Bully Dog chip for sale!

The Turbo Air Guide (TAG) will help to give quicker turbo spool up and a small amount of power. Next you will want gauges to monitor EGTs and boost of what ever else you may do to the truck. Exhaust, chip, intake, etc.

Carnage,
1) Where did you get your Amsoil filter setup?
2) How much did it cost?
3) Was it easy to install?
4) How often do you have to clean it?
I'm on my 3rd stock air filter at 13,500 miles....they seem to get an oil residue on them pretty quick.

www.amsoil.com
ordered it direct and it is a direct replacement for the stock air filter. so it is very easy to install.
It is reusable also. you clean it just like you would clean a K&N
Cost about $40
