i have an 05 like you (plastic ic also), and just recently put down 520hp w/ tnt, htt turbo, FE clutch, stock lp, stock cp3, stock sticks(this was done on a dynojet). i think you'll be alright as far as fuel goes, however your clutch may slip w/ the wild tqm. Back in april i dynoed (on a superflow) w/ smarty 4.11 sw9, wild tqm, FE Clutch, stock lp, stock cp3, stock turbo, stock sticks, and put down 433hp & 853ft/lbs. if you dyno on a dynojet i think you'll be around 450hp & 900ft/lbs

Ok thanks guys i'm going to go ahead and give her a shot, we'll see what happens, i wish i had more fuel upgrades but for now......I hope my clutch holds up for the dyno, i run it everyday on sw5 and i can slip with ease if i hammer it, i'm hoping the dyno will not have as much load! I'll let you guys know what happens!

Your stock clutch will hold just fine.
max out your Smarty and give all you got.
I would load up TNT sw9 and go WOT at 1600 rpm's in 6th gear.
If you do what I say you should be 440-460 whp
The dyno is easier on your truck then the street.
