I put nitrous with the stock turbo
My stock turbo was a little maxed out blowing hot air at 42 psi. So because turbos are so dang expensive I decided to go the turbo in a bottle route. I know drive pressures are probably stupid high but oh well. It will be a good reason to spend the money if it blows.
I had a wet nozzle and a few nitrous solenoids laying around the shop, plus a few 15 lbs bottles so I had everything to do it already.
So because I had a wet nozzle for a gas motor I just used it as a dual stage dry nozzle. Spraying nitrous on both the fuel and the nitrous side. Drilled and tapped the stock horn and installed nozzle.
I found the perfect bracket on the brake booster to mount the noids. It is hard to see in the pic but they are well hidden.
For activation I ran both grounds through switches and the from the switches they both run to a wot switch I mounted on the app. I wanted it like this because I only had to run two wires inside the cab. Not too bad for two stages of nitrous.
I used two relays... I always use relays on nitrous solenoids. but I don't have any pics of the wiring.
As for the performance both kits have a .052 jet installed (100 rwhp on a gas motor) it turns out one kit was enough to clean up all of my smoke.
My best pass before nitrous was a 13.9 @ 100... I went to the track on friday night and the track was terrible... They did no track prep because they were waiting to scape it for a big race the next day.
I managed a 13.7 @ 106 chirping the tires HARD even shifting into 6th. On a good track a 13.5 would have been easy.
I had started to look for a set of wheels and tires, but I'm getting to itch to put my race car back together and fab 9's and jerico 4 speeds aren't cheap. So I'm going to focus on it now.

awesome, now git rid of that restrictive cast aluminum intake tube and go 3" dia from intercooler to engine and really watch the performance gains!
