I got my MP-8. A couple questions...

Do I plug both MP-8 plugs in first, and then the TST plugs?
Yes I did a search and couldn't find the answer....

Also, is there any way to tell if I did indeed get the TST stack version of this box? I can't see where it says it anywhere. The guy says it is but.....

Plug the MP8 into the MAP sensor first, then the TST into the MP8. The other plug is the pressure sensor on the rail, which the TST doesn't have.

Yes...if your relief valve does not bust open...you have the right version!

Did you order from TS directly? I would trust them...if not...play with lower settings to get a feel for it. That sticker on the bottom should tell you what program is on it...

Well, TS Performance just told me that they have gone back to the original program for stacking with the TST and I should be OK even if it's not the TST version. I guess I just need to stay at 50% or less huh??? I got it on E-Bay for a lot less than anywhere else I have seen...
And there are no stickers anywhere on this box......

I have tried many programs...I guess it is a preference. Do not go over 50-60% if it is the full tilt program....probably closer to 40%. But every truck is different. Try try and try again...till it is dialed.

BTW...I just switched back to the stack program. Watch your TST boost display and see what the boost signal from the MP-8 is capped at. Hopefully..it is not too low to acheive quick and full fueling from the TST program (which one????) you are using.

7/2 and the EZ on level 3 gave me my best numbers a couple weeks ago. We went down to level 2 and lost power but never tried level 4. 6/2 was very close to 7/2 in hp and tq. Hopefully I'll get this thing on tomorrow. I hurt my back yesterday and I have been semi-hunched over for two days. Man, back pain sucks!!! It's better today then yesterday though. I should be well enough tomorrow to get it hooked up.....

Is there a reason for plugging the mp-8 in first? I have the TST in first, should i switch it? By the way a have the ramifier.

It will boost fool the TST into fueling sooner...quicker spool.

The Ramifier and the fill tilt or regular MP-8 program are the same. You should not most likely use above 50-60% of the "****".

Something is not right...setting wise.

Mine feels like a kick in the butt of the bottom compared to the "others" I have tried.

I didn't actually mount the dial yet but I did set the dial halfway between the minimum and the maximum settings. I didn't pay attention to the little dial to see how the scale actually works.
I didn't say the power wasn't nice, I just thought it felt about the same as the EZ did on level 3. I'll be playing this weekend...
I do appreciate all your insight sir!!

When I had just the tst/mp8 I tried about every combination on the tst and the mp8 on 40-50% and I found that the best on my truck was around 6x2 and 50%, Now after having the tst/cl there is no comparison in SOTP. I tried just the tst/mp8 again to play around with the settings and had no luck. Maybe my mp-8 is a little sluggish compared to your guys.
