I had my truck towed in the Olathe (Kansas) Dodge last week when my lift pump dumped on me. I took my Firefly off before towing it in. After 4 days of waiting on the part I got it back all fixed up minus the $100 deductible. I also missed the first snow storm we've had this year.

While chatting with the service manager, Mike Jr., he said that I should have left my programmer on the truck when I brought it in. I must have had a shocked look on my face because he told me that he won't void a warranty for a programmer. He'd rather the customer brought the vehicle in like they drive it so he can see how it runs when they get it fixed.

I also had him change the tire size and asked him to activate the high idle feature. He got the tire size fixed but his computer went down before he could do the high idle. He said he would do it free when the computer was back working because I had to wait so long.

What dealership is this? I know a couple people up near St. Joe that would make the drive if they needed to.

I haven't had any issues w/ Weinberg, but I know others that have. Guess they like me.

Olathe Dodge in Olathe KS. They used to be Sunflower Dodge, they are under new ownership. Take I-35 south to 119th st. They are on the north east corner behind Home Depot.
