BOB,
I have a question on the TNT, my truck seems to have injector rattle in the upper rpm range, I took out the timing and running even #'d SW's, and even took out pressure and it still has rattle in the upper rpm range, what gives?

Is your rattle under light load or when you are honkin' on it? I know I have rattle under light load but once the boost picks up, it goes away.
When you go see Lloyd, kick him in his troll-hole and tell him to reply to my PM so I can get his valve cover ordered up

Matt it when im honkin on it! I took out the pressure and timing and running on SW#8 TM-2, Timing-0, RP-0, wastegate off and it still dose it slightly!
But at first I tried the combo that made the most HP on my stock turbo witch was
SW#7 TM-3,Timing-2, RP-3, wastegate off and TST on 2/0 standard program!
Truck ran fine with that no problems at all with the stock charger, except on bottom when the rail would drain a bit then catch right back up!
Just so you know I always make sure the timing is OFF on the TST when I running timing with the Smarty, and I never take the TST past 3/1 on standard program! Most of the time I set it to 2/0.
Now with the new turbo, im gettin a bad rattle when im honkin on it, with that same combo, even with the TST completely off and I havent even seen 40psi outta this turbo yet!
Under light throttle it runs great, truck runs smooth as stock, so I though maybe I had to much timing so I went back in and backed the timing off to #3 and it still rattled just as bad! Maybe I should try #4 on timing and see what happens????????

How did they go about setting the wastegate actuator on that charger? Did they mentioned anything about not adjusting it? Also, have you ran it with no TST at all?

Just got back from alittle trip, before I left I adjusted the waste gate up a little, didnt make a bit of difference and egt's will climb to 1600* on problem, boost was about 40psi and still have the bad rattle, so I pulled over and set the truck back to stock to just run the TST alone!
Truck ran smooth, no bad rattle at all, only seen about 40psi with the TST on and even just on 3/3 egt's will climb right past 1500* and would keep goin if I would let it!
I guess ill try to adjust the waste gate more, man Id like to see my boost around 48-50psi till I get some studs.

I am not 100% sold on using that spring set up in a single configuration, twins it is a great idea! If you find that it is the gate blowing up like we had discussed, I have an actuator we can throw on there to fix the issue
