That's not bad. I would call or email these guys though just for comparison. Ask for Aden or Cash. Also, I would almost go for the 62/12. The 14 will require a little more fuel to spool it then it looks like you are running. Belive it or not, I think the 12 would cool better than the 14 in most situations while towing plus it will spool close to stock. I'm sure you'll get other opinions.

I have the Htb2 62/12 on my truck and I love it.. It spools quik, the egt's are lower than the stock turbo and with the HTB2 62 can be upgraded to the 14 exhaust housing..

The only problem with a 62/12 is that you'll want more charger in a short period of time.
I ran a 62/12...good spool up and power but top end I thought kind of lacked.
With a 3rd gen 04.5-07 I would at least go for a 64/12 or 64/14.

Would you go with a 64/13 SS with a 71mm turbine wheel? After the Smarty and the XZT I figured I'd go with a 62/13/71 SS. If I can go bigger with these mods I definately will.

I towed about 20k behind me yesterday and had zero problems with my 66/14. but I do have more fuel and a 6spd. If all you are gona run is a quad then you should be fine with the 62 but really? You dont want anymore power?

More power? Will, are you kidding me? I want ALL the power. If my wallet would allow it I would be pushing the 4 digit mark by now. Since I've got limited funds and a family to care for I'm keeping my power levels at a reasonable level. Definition of reasonable level: Making enough power to temporarily feed my thirst, but not so much as to require sinking tons of money into my truck. At least this is how I explained it to my wife.

That's why I like HTT. I went from the HTB2 to a HTT 71 for the same money than buying the HTT 71 outright. The only thing I lost was my time for R&R on both chargers. That's ok though it allowed me to grow at my own pace and I like working on my truck. I can do it fairly fast now as well. I couldn't get away with that big of a charger with what I tow up here at altitude so I was a little scared about just jumping into a larger turbo. Now, I can go to twins if I want this Fall and my current turbo will make an excellant top.
If you're going to stick to your current module then I wouldn't go any bigger than the 62/12 because you will hate the EGT and the spool not to mention the surge capability.
