Ok..
For those that do have the Dual CP3 setups...what kind of power increase are you seeing with existing setups?
Also are EGT's out of control or around the same?

I am wondering this being that I used to pull with the original SMARTY program on level 9 (with Stage 2 Floor It pump).
The only difference now is that I have the Dual CP3 setup...

Do you think I should bump down to level 7?

Down to one spare! LOL!
That would be hillarious bringing my pile in for warranty at the local dealer.

Jesse, I just found out my tcase chain is stretched quite a bit and I am in the process of changing it out. My work never ends!

what i saw going from a floor it stg 2 to dual cp3s is the tst is what makes the biggest heat on my truck. smarty turned up on 9 will hit 1500 but only on a hard run for a long time. but throw the tst on there with or without the smarty she gets toasty fast. anything over level 3/1 on my tst standard version gets hot quick. the twins version i cant even run because of egts. power wise. i dropped half a second in the 1/4 mile so that equates to about 100-120 hp or so. i know theres alot more power on tap im just waiting to get my big twins on. dont want to melt my engine. whos dual fueler did you go with?

rating depends on a couple different things but with the right air and rail pressure there good for 150 ish. yes the 1500 was with those injectors and twins in sig. im building a htt 62/14/71 - big brother set right now so hopfully that will help. on my last run down th track i pegged 1500 at the 60 ft mark and the needle never moved with 100% water injection and nos injection combined. nos is pre intercooler. so im thinking my egts were somewhere in the 2000 degree range

Yeah but there should be lots of re-useable parts when you get done!

Personally, I should have been a fighter pilot...fire it, then forget about it

I am confused, I would think that WITH rail pressure, your power and EGTs should be OK. Also, with the better rail pressure, the injectors atomize fuel better, resulting in more power. I thought that without rail pressure, your EGTs get real hot and your power goes down.

Pourin--I would think you have plenty of air, rail pressure, and the TST/Smarty stack should be the ticket. I think the dual cp3s definately could keep up with your 90 horse injectors.

what are your rail pressures at wide open throttle?

he will keep rail pressure for sure. but more fuel ='s more heat. just because everything is working right dosnt mean it wont get toasty. on my runs i maintain 24000 rail pressure.

Justin with my Cp3.4.....and Flux 3 Hellfires I could run Smarty 9 and TST 1/0 but my rail pressure would go max and without the water flowing I'd hit 1550 in a heartbeat ( I couldn't run sw 5-9 with the II injectors). With water I could hold 1450 or less provided I made boost. With the Aurora 5k and a standard you will have a lot easier boost control. My twins had great boost but the boost was hotter because of the smaller Super B top turbo. I'd Try to get a Beta Program from Bob as it runs way cooler apparently. Id run either the Beta on 9....(see Timinva) with The TST on #/0 with 3 degrees timing or Standard on 9 with 6 degrees. Play with the # till the rail pressure drops or the EGT's keep soaring... Are you running straight water injection yet... With heavy fueling like you are getting too it is a necessity not an option. ks

Justin,

Go run around on the street and see what you can do...

That...IMHO is the only way. Your temps might not be worse...since you were most likely loosing rail pressure before.

LOOSE THOSE DDP's!
