Everyone:
Thanks for the information. It is tough to decide between the Quad "standard" vs. the Power Pupp w/o "crazy larry." Has anyone experienced mileage gains with the power pupp? It seems as if that is what I am leaning towards now ..especially if it will make my CUMMINS smoke more.....

The tranny itself (the nv 5600) is the exact same in all the 3rd gens. The clutch disk was changed with the introduction of the 600 to handle the extra power. Most of the 555 clutches seem to give up before the 400 hp level, but the 600 disks have held 460+.
