how loud is scottys ram air 3

want to up grade air intake but do not want to much more noise so is the scottys ram air 3 quiet ,does anybody know,does is also filter as good as paper thanks

Not bad at all. Certainly nothing like the 2nd gen RA with the cowl howl, I mean hole!

Coming down the street they sound more like a jet plane.
