Yeah I know its because its Electrical vs Mechanical but its a huge difference in price. I can get a 0-15 Fuel pressure for around $50. Think is autometer only sells 0-30psi in Electrical.

How important is it on these common rails. Will the 0-15 be pegged all the time or should I get the 0-100. I might one day do a cp3 mod but that will be a few years down the line, but will probably get a GDP kit next year.

Should I just bite the bullet and get the $225 0-30 Electrical gauge or the $55 Mechanical 0-15 or 0-100??

My FASS 95gph idles at 18psi with stock CP3. I have seen posts that some of the modded CP3s need 40psi to function properly. If you are going in that direction I think you need 0-30psi. Some may even need higher it looks like.

I think there are 0-30 or higher mechanical gauges cheaper than the electric ones. I do have the Autometer Electric Fuel Pressure gauge on mine and like it.

The 40 psi number is whats got me too. I've got the 30 gauge and need a 60 gauge. Way in the future due to the pricetag though. Live and learn.
