How do you like your X Monitor ga.

I absolutely love mine. Once you go digital, you will never go back. They could stand to add a couple more brightness settings. If the sun hits it just right it can be hard to see clearly, even turned all the way up.
All too often I find myself getting into the go pedal and not have time or forget to look at the gauges, like at the track. The X-Monitor recording your values so you can look at them after a run really comes in handy. If you have standard gauges, you're just out of luck. My favorite feature.

I agree with AK. I wouldn't go back to analog if they were free and this is the first digital that I've ever run. I would recommend getting them from Geno's. I'm having a small problem with the unit not holding the alarm values that I've set. Not a big deal to me but I called Geno's to see what they would say. BD just gave me the run around but Geno's said no problem. Everything they sell is warranteed for a year no matter what the manufacturer says. I've got a brand new unit on the way no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with Geno's or the X-monitor.

Should be able to, if you are prepared for it. I think I remember mine taking about 6 hours, and I wasn't that prepared. You are probably going to need an angled drill attachment to drill the pyro. I couldn't get a standard drill to stand up straight in the confined space. If your going to drop the turbo before you drill, make sure you have some long extensions and a 15mm swivel socket to get at the back bolts from the bottom. Can do without it, but will take much, much longer. Things like that.
I thought the instructions were pretty good except for the boost bolt. Instructions said to remove a manifold bolt, replace it with the boost bolt provided, and torque to specifications. It provided no specifications. I look up the specs in the service manual and it said to torque all intake manifold bolts to 18 ft lbs (I believe that is what it was). I set the torque wrench appropriately, cranked'r down, and pop. It broke off in the manifold somewhere before 10 ft lbs (wasn't much). Got it out with an easy-out and local BD dealer gave me a new one. I put a little high temp thread sealer on it and just snugged it up. Been good for over a year now. I think everything else went as expected.
