how do I know 04.5 ????
I've read some have 04's and some have 04.5's how do I find out can I just look under the hood or is it something I have to call the dealer about. I searched the forums couldn't find anything. Course I didnt look long either

OMG !!!! i guess my truck is a 04.5 is says advertised hp 325 on the valve cover. All this time ive been thinking my truck is a 04 because it didnt have the 600 badge on the side. The Edge EZ that I have on my truck is for a 04 Im taking it off hopefully I didnt damage anything no codes came up

Look on the drivers side of the valve cover. There should be a sticker that either reads 305/555 or 325/600. Build date also applies. If built after 1/1/04, it's most likely a 4.5. Look for a cat. also.
