My G-56 has the earlier ratio, which does not exactly keep the RPM's low. Hopefully he has the later ratios.

With my set up, 98% city driveing,I sit around 11-13mpg. That's TRYIN to keep my foot out of it. If I let my lead foot drop at each green light, 8-9 mpg. That's hand figured. My oh says close to 27-30, I wish.

I hardly ever let my tank go below 1/2. I fill up to neck also.

Here is my MPG log to date. My truck is stock with the 3.73 gears and 265/70/17 BFG rugged trail tires.

Ovr-Hand-Conditions
xx.x- 15.95- Highway 65 mph Co Springs to Wolf Creek
17.4- 18.64- Highway 68 mph Wolf Creek to Flagstaff
xx.x- 18.16- City topoff
17.8- 19.31- Highway 75 mph Flagstaff to Phx
xx.x- 15.20- City
16.3- 16.59- City
14.7- 15.93- City
xx.x- 16.67- City
16.4- 17.01- City and Highway 75 mph to Prescott
15.8- 16.59- City
15.0- 16.06- Highway 75 mph Phx to Yuma
16.7- 16.76- Highway 70 mph Yuma to SD to Yuma
15.7- 17.75- Highway 80 mph Yuma to Phx
16.1- 16.54- City
12.1- 11.49- Towing Bronco, 70 mph, AC on, phx tuc phx
13.3- 16.05- City
15.5- 15.90- City
14.7- 16.33- City

Ovr is overhead, hand is hand calc, xx.x is where I didn't write down the overhead reading. I reset the overhead with the odometer on each fillup. With the exception of the one time I've towed my trailer, the overhead usually reads lower than my hand calc. I try to fill up the truck consistantly each time.

Glocklove,

So you've got the same hand calc numbers as I do, but your overhead reads 2 mpg high while mine reads low? My average for the time I've owned the truck is 15.5 on the overhead, 16.5 hand calculated. I can't figure out why they can't use injector pulse timing and VSS sensor data to calculate an accurate mpg. I think I may start tracking what the computer says for DTE for some more data.

Yeah it reads 2 high, and the spread sheet I have is close to what you got a little diff here and there but pretty close. It will more than likly be way off this time around. I took a trip up to Ocala (430 miles rnd trip) for the fl chapter DTR meet and greet and my over head was readin 22.6 mpg. I don't believe it for one second. I set the cruz for 1950 RPM's on the way up and 1900 flat on the way back. Will see, I'll have some city drivin on this tank also.

Your problem is sw9 and TM on 4. Try this with the revo and see what happens. Run sw3 with TM set to stock, timing set to 4, RP 1, WG 1. I bet you will see an increase in mileage. I can get 20mpg on the highway with that set up with 35" tires.
