How can I get more boost?

Given your fuel your seeing what you should. Keep in mind that the intercooler and cam are reducing boost, your getting the air into/out of the engine more efficiently (cam) and your IC is cooling the air better thus reducing pressure. Boost is not the "be all end all".
Where is your egt at 40psi, if you feed it enough fuel to make 50psi your still gonna see much higher egt. My sps66 wouldn't make 50psi without enough fuel to see 1400-1500egt. With the twins and TST on 1/1, flux 1's also it will make 48-50psi at about 1050egt. Mind you I am on stock intercooler and cam. Shoot for the power you want at egt you can live with and don't worry too much about total boost.

I see more with the MP-8? It boost fools on the top...hooke dinfront of my TST...but I still bury the TST boost gauge at 40-41 (max OEM sensor).
I really have no idea how that happens since the MP-8 should cut it below 30 I imagine...
