How can I get more boost?

Hello. I sure I am flowing more air w/the intake/cam/turbo.etc. I am below 40psi. How can I get more boost w/o going w/twins or injectors? I remember being involved in a thread where people were suggesting I get a TST or EZ. I did a searc but could not find it.

Thanx

How hard do you have to push it to get to 40?

Boost foolers don't help trucks with a Smarty. The fueling map needs to see all of the boost, not just 24 psi. The problem is that they set an overboost code and you just have to clear it.

Hopefully Marco can revise the program so that the MIL won't be tripped when you run high boost on the later trucks.

Whats the elevation where you're seeing 40psi?

BTW, more boost isn't necessarily better. TST would put 5psi more boost stacked with smarty, but didn't make more power on the dyno.

That is not a true statement. When I had a non wastegated turbo, without boost fooling running the Smarty I could only see about 43-44psi. Add a boost fooler into the mix and I was seeing 50psi.

You need more fuel.....I have my HTT maxxed out on the waste gate. I only see 40psi. If I take the smarty from level 9 to level 3....the turbo will only build 18-20 PSI.....The truck wont even get out of its own way. I am adding the TST R49 and I will try it out on the dyno...if that doesn't fix it, I am adding F2's

I've had a truck on the dyno that made more power with the quad boost fooler off. The truck had an aftermarket turbo.

Plain and simple you need more fuel for that turbo.

Thanx for all the tips guys. I have a feeling it is like outofsight said, at some point I got to get more fuel sprayed in there.

I am curious how the ShakinredCTD responds to the TST.

Please let us know how it dynos/feels Shakinredctd.
