So for a five inch lift three inch blocks would work. Ive got two inchers in now but i think it might have too much rake if i leave them in there with five inch coils up front.

I just finished lifting my truck with a 5" rough country X-series. The kit had the option of 3 or 4 inch blocks. I opted for the 3 inch. My reasoning was that if it had a 2 inch leveling kit and sat level, then I should lift the front 5 and the rear 3. I was wrong. I installed 4 inch blocks a couple days ago and it sits about 1/2 inch high in the rear. Be careful of which blocks you use. The rear springs on our trucks use two centering pins, not one. Tuff Country has solid steel blocks that are made for the two pins and not a single. The Rough Country kit came with a standard single pin block that did not work properly.

Yah i was going to order the blocks from Top Gun Customz so ill be sure to tell them i want the tuff country blocks. So i guess i should go with 4 inch blocks in the back. Also are the pics in your gallary just with a leaveling kit, and if so do you have any new ones with the 5 incher installed? Thanks Joel

The pics in my gallery are with the 2 inch leveling kit. I ordered my blocks from top gun also. Just be aware they do not come with U-bolts. I will get some pics on here asap of the 5 inch lift.

I've read the rear of the trucks sit 1.5 inches taller than the front.

So 5-1.5= 3.5... I don't know if that's an option for you but that's what I'd line up.
