homemade intake horn where to bolt wires to?

ok i just made an intake horn and was wondering what you guys did with the wiring loom on the back of the stock intake horn. it seems all the wires for the motor run back there and were connected to the stock intake horn, and instead of making my new one look bad i didnt install one so what did you do with yours?

I welded a bracket to the horn flange to bolt the wire loom clamp to. Mine is in my avatar but you might not be able to see it very well. I can email a big picture to you if you'd like. Craig

I just run a bolt through those tabs so there not flopping around, if you look at the bottom you can see a little socket cap bolt.

The mountains are about 45 min away, and thats where I love to go. It gets pretty cold there!

good 2 know, I just might have to take it out now! have you tried starting it w/o plugging it in? Because I never plug mine in, hope it would not be to big of an issue… On a side note, the mountains are at a pretty high elevation. What is your elevation?

I haven't taken mine out yet, that's why I asked. I too go to the mountains and up north. Not sure If it will be OK without it. I was also thinking that it should not be too hard to put back in if I need it.
What do yo-all think?

I just used the stud that was in the OEM intake and bolted them together.

if i see to much movment i will make a small bracket to go on the back/driver side bolt and hook them to it.

I went with a black zip tie, or you could use some black electrical tape.
