you have inspired me to make my own sometime soon.
so 2 90*'s are the ticket? what about a U bend or J bend cut in half and re-welded???

For the record, it was C Schomer that inspired me to make my own so, I guess I'm just paying the inspiration forward!
You could use a U or J bend if you were willing cut it in the middle and remove a section - you need something that ends up with a little less than 180* to meet the intercooler tube on the right angle and to rotate the bend that meets tube. Two 90* bends or one 180* would probably be the same amount of work to fab - your choice.

Sounds like a great idea. By using a U it will also allow you to cut whatever angle it calls for on the piece you will be re-welding together. So that the tip of the horn is in the best location to meet up with the inner cooler tube.
