get you some thick soft rubber and mount between the pump and the frame.

your welcome. It won't totally get rid of it but it will make it a lot quieter.

Summit sells vibration mount kits (pn 850110) for about $12. I have used them with Holley blue pumps on my chevy diesels and they pretty much got rid of any noise transfer through the chassis.

Mine isn't loud at all. It's about the same as the stock in-tank pump.

I did. That way if the Holley breaks I can easily bypass it and still drive on the stocker.

How did you install this pump? In line with the original lift pump, or did you plumb another pickup tube?

Thinner than I would have liked. Not really sure though. Maybe 1/8" - 1/4"?

No kidding. So does it pull through the stock lift pump, or are they both running at the same time? It sounded like you have it running on the Holley pump, with the stock pump turned off. Then you are thinking you could use the stock pump to push fuel through the Holley if it ever died? Or did I miss all of that?

What he said.

It doesn't sound like it would work well, but it does. The stocker feeds the Holley and the Holley cranks up the pressure to the CP3.

I've forgotten to plug the Holley relay wire back in after programming with the Smarty and found that you can only drive very light-footed without the Holley. The instant you lay into it the fuel supply is choked by the disabled Holley. I carry a piece of the stock hard line with me so I can remove the Holley and bypass it if it ever breaks.
