Where are you mounting the ballast for your HID's?

Here is where I mounted my head light ballasts...fog light ballasts I just zip tied good to the bumper.

I sent the ones I got from ebay back and bought the ones from HIDspeed.
I am waiting on the new ones with the harness that they build.

I love em, they really light up the road and look really cool, i got mine from xenongate. The head lights were a real pain in the...to get them to work properly. I had a flickering problem, so i bought a relay harness for it and that worked for 30 minutes then died again. Finally just bypassed the factory headlight harness by tapping into the fog light power wire and running it straight to the ballasts and have not had a problem since.

I have this same flickering problem. How would I just bypass the factory headlight harness. This issue has been a pain in the A$$

The one picture where you cant see the ballast it is ziptied between the oening in the fender where the cutout for the intake is.
