Worth it or not might be a personal choice. Depends on what else you are doing too. Personally, I think until you get a bigger turbo and/or intercooler and willing to do away with the intake heater, you aren't going to gain a whole lot for the money you are spending. That said, there are cheaper-- glacier-- or better-- CFM-- intakes out there.
It seems to me that Banks and ATS may make a good product, but they are overpriced/far too proud of their stuff.
For that same money-- I'd be looking at lift pumps first. But-- that's just me.

IMO intakes aren't for hp gains. They're for ease of intallation of water/meth, NO2, or a boost gauge. Although some say it's better to install NO2 pre-CAC. That's an a story for the other thread though.
