Unhappy Help! Won't pass safety check

Aloha Everyone, Have a 2004.5 5.9 cummins 3500. Went to get safety check today in Hawaii. ABS, brake, and airbag lights are on. Have Edge EZ that was disconnected. Service tech did some diagnostics and found ABS codes 21,25, and 35 for wheel speed sensor, 96 over/under voltage, 84 mismatch, and 67 pump motor. And the ULGY one, SIR calibration mismatch. Recommend customer install original calibration and we can retest. Well problem is bought truck and after two owners don't know what else is in it. Previous owner just knows about Edge EZ. Is there a way to reset back to original calibration without knowing if it's been reprogrammed? With the EZ disconnected, seems to have less power, but actually smoother throttle response from start to redliner not as abrupt as with EZ hooked up. Still have two arms and two legs so might be able to give up if dealer can fix this.

Most times if those lights are on the clock spring in the steering wheel is at fault. As for the rest of your issues.....not real sure....maybe if the clock spring is at fault it will cure the other issues at hand. Keep us posted.

Not sure if calibration mismatch is different dodge language for a problem I had with a chevy cavalier I used to have, but with the cavalier it was a problem between the PCM and the airbag module having different VIN numbers programmed in because the air bag module was from a different car. Of course once the VIN is programmed into the module it can't be changed, so it had to go to the dealer for a new air bag module, and the programming to make it work. Hope that's not your problem.
