Anyone else ever get this message when trying to load a different file on your smarty? I can't get anything loaded on to it now. It's stuck now with an empty memory...

did you happen to jostle the usb cord while it was busy ? or try with boththe usb and the truck lead connected ? I hear that is a no no !

Nope, set the truck back to stock. Took the smarty in the house for the file upload. Got the error shown here. Tried rebooting the computer, disconnecting the usb cable, everything I could think off. Each time, same error. ?????

man that stinks, top it off ya gotta drive around stock till its figured out/ fixed, wish I could help.

Bob sent me a new .exe file that cured my problem. Can't say enough about the customer service.... Top Notch

I have had that happen to me just start over on the upload i think thats what i did and it worked out fine the second time i was downloading a new program and loading it onto the smarty and it happened tryed to load it again and it worked fine. hope this helps
