Glad you got it working. The smoke tune is smoke on all 5 levels with increasing power on each level respective of the number it is on.

I believe the 15 tunes are the different ones you can download from Quad's site. If you want the extra 6th setting you need to submit the form online for the "race" tune and Quad will email you the file so you can use the race tunes instead of the std tunes.

I really don't want the race module, i don't want to use it that extra HP it has. if i have it at the tips of my fingers it will be WAY to easy to use. if i don't have it i can't use it.

I posted this earlier, but what I found out (or so I think) is that the X2 needs more power from the USB port then SOME laptops can give. I couldn't get it to work on my laptop or the FRONT port of my desktop computer either, but just for the heck of it I plugged it into a REAR port and it works everytime. I got reminded how some external USB hard drives need an external power supply if plugged into the front ports. Apparently more power is supplied through the rear ports, and some laptops just don't give enough either.

Try it!

Thats a good point about the 2.0, I hadn't thought about that. My old laptop might not have been. My new one IS 2.0. It has Vista, so I am waiting for the file from you.
The only thing is that it would not work on the front ports of my Dell desktop PC, but it did work on the rear ports. As I said, some external hard drives are like that and need external power to work on the fronts... Having said that, you know it better then I do!!

Vista is a world class TURD. Evertime it updates it looses half the stuff I'm running. Heck lost my wireless network to my wifes pc printers scanners, ect.
I tried the new file from Quad and no go here Vista went awall on me.
