Thanks For The Great Info On The Cracked Injector. I Pulled The Valve Cover Started It And It Was Puddling Around The Injector. It Has Been Surging When I Push The Pedel 1/4 Or A Little Bit To Take Off Its Fine And When I Let Off The Pedal It Tries To Keep Going??? Is My Fuel Pressure Regulator Bad Or A Bad 2nd Fuel Pump????

Your torque management is set for too little. If you are running a Smarty turn the tq man back a level.

Tq Management Is On Mild, I Thinks It The Fuel Pressure Regulator In The Second Pump. Or The Ats Twin Cp3 Controller. Its Like It Keeps Fueling When I Let Off The The Pedal. Now I Tried Installing The Tst Powermax And The Truck Wont Start And The Rail Pressure Is Stuck At 26ksi. I Dont Know What To Do???????

Start taking things back to stock, one item at a time and note the result. Start with the TST, then Smarty. If it is still doing it, it is likely the twin cp3 controller... but there are other things too. Bottom line is to start isolating the issue.

If your rail pressure is hanging at 26K it won't idle back down like it's supose to. I would take the controller out and connect one pump at a time and see what happens. You may have a bad fca.
