NO NO NO Grease??? git you some electric parts cleaner, and clean that crap out of there!!!!!!! this can cause a direct short. Have you done this b4? Cuz that could be some of your problem.

Do you have your rp guage plugged in during this time. If so take it off and start the truck and see if things are still bad. Alot of rp gauges have caused problems.
Did your truck run better or worse when the FCA was unplugged? You only need to run it for a few seconds to tell. Most trucks with the FCA unplugged will run rough, but yours is an '07 and already runs at high rp, so it will be harder to tell.
I thought I read somewhere you had another FCA. Did you try it? That would be my first route. And you are fine useing di-electric grease.
Also, I highly doubt you have a burnt or holy piston. Not nearly enough smoke out the pipe. Wouldn't worry.

i have ran it with and without the rp gauge same problem...****** you know im not sure about the fca clicking or not ill have to check i might have wyodsl come over and do some checks for me im turning 21 today and off to vegas

dielectric grease will not harm the plugs on these truck, i have all of mine greased and runs like a top. wyocat is most lkely have a sensor problem.
