OK...thanks to the picture I took...the Helix is in and "timed" correctly. Make it easier on yourself in the future...and MARK your crank and cam gears before you get excited like me. Also...don't wait to long inbetween removal and install (a weekend for me...cause I was in the mountains waterskiing!), my tappets had drooped down some...I had to take a broom handle and push them back up. I am glad I happed to look down the "hole" prior to trying to wiggle the new cam in. Lubed the crude out of everything...with Lubriplate #5...since I have allready run a little bit w/o oil pressure (it was surprising how much oil was still on everything however) I have everything buttoned up back to the intercooler.
Stay tuned...cold pipes on the twins, oil gauge and warning light install, and filling back up with fluids coming soon.

DTR's 'Go to Guy'
I wanna see that oil guage and warning light! I'm looking to do something to mine too. I have a Commander and would like to get a guage pod that I can use with the Commander mount as well. Can't wait to see!

17-20 is hot idle. (it was hot...105 yesterday).
