Help Need More Power
I have been kicking around the idea of getting another program to stack with my BD out look. I just dont know witch one to go with. my bro tells me to go with a super chip. I dont pull a trailer but maby 3 or 4 times a year. and i do drive my truck everyday. So where should i look to for the best in performance, 100 HP out of the box give or take, Some thing that has low end and high end power. I know i may be asking a lot from a simple program but is there one out there and has anyone tried them out. I would like to get something that people stand behind, dont want to get something and then later on find out i just wasted a lot of money. All input need and wanted. Thanks

I don't think that you can run another downloader with the Bully Dog Outlook and stack them. You can run one or the other but not both.
To stack, you would need a module of some kind. For 100 hp, I would probably say get an MP8 or a Quad X2/Xzillaraider.

MP8 does rail pressure and boost fooling and i think the Quad x2 does timing, pressure, duration, and boost fools but not sure so maybe someone else will chime in.

No programmer just the BD out look. I know that the out look adds up to 55 hp and 80ftq. I would like to get a program that will give me around 160+ HP
I am looking in to getting a inner cooler and a aftermarket lift pump

The Outlook Monitor is designed to work exclusively with the Triple Dog...

It can be used as an electronic gauge display with another type of programmer, but it does not add any power or make another type of programmer adjustable on the fly.
There are several programmers on the market that can get you to where you want to be HP wise.
Don't waste your money at this point in time on an intercooler...save that money for your transmission.

I made some phone calls and found a diesel high preformance shop about 30 min for where i live. I am going to go down on sat. and have my truck put on the dyno the way it is and then go from there. The guy i talked to said the same thing you did "megacabdad". After everthing is said and dont i hope to be pushing 500 +/- HP and 800+/- ftq.

Your tranny will not like 500 rwhp on a regular basis, use with caution or start thinking about tranny upgrades. Having some dyno time before you upgrade will give you a good baseline. Good Luck.

OK good news or bad news..??
Well the bad news is i wasn't able to get my truck on the dyno.
The good news i found out that my truck did not have a program in its system just the out look. so i bough a BD tipple doge programmer and had it installed today.. Talk about power i can push the throttle down about a 1/4 and burn the tires haven't done a 0-60 or a 1/4 mile time on it yet with the new system but i will have them done some time next week.
