Help me set the "correct" tire size in the Attitude monitor
Hey guys,
I installed my new Edge Juice w/attitude today, and so far I like it. I have not gone past level 3 (and 5 setting for the low boost on level 3) and it seems like a noticable improvment. Nothing crazy, just a bit, mostly low/mid range(that i notice anyway).
Anyhow, here is my problem/question:
I need a correct speed displayed in KPH and not MPH. But the way I see it, is if I program the tire size in the edge monitor to something that will take in account the conversion difference, it should work. But it will be WAY out actual mph, so will that throw the edge monitor off?
How do I get the right size? I noticed a 24xx number in the edge. I need to figure out how to calculate the right "Number" that will first correct for my 37x12.5x17" Cooper SST tires (stock was 265s), then, take into accont that 1 mile = 1.6kms... and spit out a number that will be a correct speed in mph. Any clues on how to calculate that?
Thanks guys.

I typed this up earlier, and it may be wrong, so I just deleted this part of my post... but here goes...
That number, if I remember correctly, is tire circumference in millimeters. So it's already in your crazy metric system. What the Juice does is converts that number to a speed, based on number of rotations sensed by the ABS sensor probably.
There is probably a way to find a number that would work and make the speed show in Km/H, but it would only be accurate for a certain speed. That number would change quite a bit based on wheel revolutions.
But I am not for sure on this, and that is why I did not post earlier.
EDIT: 37 inch tires have a circumference of 2951.0 mm, if that helps at all.
