HELP! Bullydog PMT crashed. Truck won't start, and I need it NOW!

HELP! Bullydog PMT crashed. Truck won't start, and I need it NOW!

Put the pmt on my truck yesterday. Updated and downloaded crazy larry this morning which I'm pretty sure didn't work because it has no more power and it doesn't display "crazy larry" in the power level part of screen. If it did have the crazy larry downloaded, it was very disappointing. So I went to the "change settings" screen and started that. It got to 52% on the last download screen and stuck there for 2 hours. So I unplugged the obd II connector and reconnected it. Then it went through the recovery process, but when it gets to the CONFIGURING VEHICLE, DO NOT UNPLUG screen, it locks up again. its been on that screen for about 30-40 minutes now. Anybody know how to fix this? I need the truck like now. Should have stuck with the Smarty. At least if something happens to it, I know for sure it will be fixed. This is the second truck I've had that crashed with a bullydog product on it. The last time, Bob helped me fix it also. No one at bullydog offered any help. Hope that isn't going to be the case again.

Bud hasent been around for a while. but it something to do with how you downloaded your tune. there is a specific way the instructions say to do it and it starts with "change vehicle" or something like that. (I havent done it in 2 years). If you go to the one that seems the obvious choice I think its "update download" or "download tune", then It will lockup in the process and you will have to plug your box into a computer and let a customer service rep fix it for you.

Common problem, don't feel bad, just remember to follow the directions to the letter.
