P.S. I was going to build one like the member above but time for me is few and far between so It is easier and cheaper for me to just order one and besides for $1100 if I don't like it when I get it, it don't cost me a thing.. I can refuse it...
I will keep you fellas updated and pics once it gets here.... OOOH boy new turbo and bumper.... Drained the ol pocket book this week!!!

no experience with Denver off road
but..
most of all the "others" are not boxed in on the back side
even though some are made of thick plate, if you dont box in the back , it will fold in like a factory bumper. no matter how thick the plate in front is.
the picture you see happens to be painted steel. A good fabricator will make his product from whatever material the customer wants;-)
Looks are not everything, but why not have looks, style and function on the front of your $45,000 truck

First, your front bumper looks great!
If you go into the bumper business within the next 2 weeks send me a PM.
If not...
Can you be more specific about the Reunel bumpers quality as I am about to drop a bucket of money on a set.
I will definitely count your expert opinion into my tally as obviously you know your way around the shop.

because of liability issues and that im a sole proprietor (all my eggs in my shop) I dont know if I will ever go into the bumper business, Id like to and it would be easy for me to do, but gotta protect myself. I just built my shop, hate to loose it to a lawyer.
the reunel is still the best Ive seen, but it just wasnt finished like it could be.
they didnt design tow hooks into the bumper, instead they bolt on those cheap chromies and they rust out from behind. I dont like the cutouts with expanded sheet tacked in from behind, for the price they could be a little more creative.
the road armor bumpers ive seen in person look cool but are nothing but a shell, completely open on the back, it should be boxed
some of these bumpers are just plain UGLY

Suposively the guy that owns AP Bought the road armor design?? I don't know for sure if you read in the thread earlier what he e-mailed me it will explain a little more.. Only time will tell when the bumper shows up on my door steps....
P.s. I like your bumper alot.... I have the capabilities to do it too but don't have the time... I would have to do it in a day or so and something like that I would want to take my time and get it perfect.....

yes, a lot of time , especially the first one
second one , about half the time
I had to work on it between "paying jobs", which is why it took me about a year and a half to do the first one
could do it in about 40 hours steady working time
I gotta give the road armor design credit for being creative, pretty good lookin bumper, I personally didnt like the brush guard design, too radical for me

Happy?...that is it...
I would be doing monkey flips if I was you, yeah high monkey flips.
Looks excellent!
Questions:
Do they have a matching back bumper? (I checked their site, no info)
How much does it weight?
What type of winch you have?

Not as far as I know...
The shipping bill said 250lbs but the coffin it came in was about 30lbs
No winch as of yet, really leaning towards the Warn M12000, I'm a big Warn fan.

Where is the alien-patrol company located at? I can't spend more than 2 seconds on their website before I want to throw my computer through the window. I bought one of these road armor copy bumpers from some folks in Redding CA called JD Distributing and have been happy with it so far, no problems...wondering if this is the same company now. Maybe if enough people buy their bumpers they can pay some kid more than 10 bucks to design a new website.
