Thanks for all of the Info/opinions guys!
Now that I am digging the looks of the Fab Four with the Pre-runner bar I found this (below) from Reunel.

Standings if I was buying today (will be buying in 2 weeks)
1) Fab Four pre-runner front with Reunel back
2) Fab Four pre-runner front and back
3) Ruenel front and back
4) Trailready pre-runner front with Reunel back
6) Warn front (no bars) with Reunel back
5) Buckstop baja front with Reunel back

I called Reunel today to ask about fitting the Warn Powerplant onto the RAM. They said no problem.
I already have a Reunel rear bumper from my first 2003 RAM. I hadn't planned on using it again, because I prefer the look of the RoadArmor and Fabfour. But . . . I may just strip and repaint that old Reunel and then order the Powerplant bumper without grill guards.
As for weight: I believe the front bumper is just shy of 200# without the grill guard. The Warn Powerplant HD adds another 100#
Reunel currently has a deal going on for their bumpers (think of it as free shipping!). Give 'em a call.

Just as an addition:
My 2003 2500 had this Reunel rear bumper mounted on it when my wife was driving it just after we got married. She got rear-ended by a girl in a Mercury Sable. There was just a green scratch on the bumper. And the Mercury had to be towed away! I guess the receiver ball punching through her radiator didn't help.

I talked to Jesse at Fab Four and the shipping cost is almost a deal-breaker. They have free shipping if I buy the winch from them

In my opinion Ladies and Gentleman and after I study everyone’s ideas and opinions the only questions I ask my self now are:
If I want the biggest and badest...no posers with this one
REUNEL
If I want sportier and slicker… just enough for the need and look
ROAD ARMOR FAB FOUR
If I want strength with some looks…middle of the road
BUCKSTOP TRAILREADY
