Heavier front end

Is there any way to stiffen up the front end on these trucks, like heavier coil springs or shocks that will keep from bottoming out, dont want spacers, hate when the front sits higher then the rear,

the front axle is around 5600lbs about 400 over, and rear is about 7700lbs, 1700lbs under, but has 2 extra leafs, so handles it fine, cant wait till the make a 6.7L, 5500

I would try Bilstein 5100 shocks first . They will make a big difference . If that does not do it for you , get some stiffer coils . I have Skyjacker 2.5in. lift coils and Bilsteins on my truck with a Warn heavy duty bumper . They work great for me , but I think they would a little stiff without the 400# bumper . You could use this set-up and add a 1in. block to the rear to prevent rear end drop when towing .[IMG] [/IMG]

are those shocks adjustable like the ranchos, I imagine they work without the leveling kit, I work off the back of the truck, so a spacer on the rear wont work,

I think I will get the timbrens, plus new fronts, would the ranchos be stiffer on the max setting, then the bilsteins? which would be better for this truck?
