Has anyone made a splash shield for the front spring area?

Has anyone made a splash shield for the front spring area?

I had the turbo and waste gate replaced in the fall under warranty do to it rusting. Has anyone made a splash shield for the front spring area? The front fender liners don't cover the bottom near the spring and axle well. On my older cars and trucks there would be a rubber skirting there to keep the splashing off the lower engine components.

A couple of bucks worth of rudder from the factory would have save a grand or so on the turbo.
