Of course they don't. Look at the down pipe. Those pics are clearly for a powerstroke. Go to MBRPs site and look at the pics. Same exact pics with the rear hanger photoshopped off for the 5" single. I think the pic of the duals is an older MBRP pic.

I am running this same exhaust in a 5" straight pipe turbo back system and I did order it from the same company. The fit was awesome, the price I paid was outstanding and I received it in 3 days from the time I made the purchase.
Absolute great company to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I have had both they're 5" single and dual system and awesome kit.. Purchased it elsewhere but awesome kit...
I had 35's and 37's with they're kit's and not troubles!!
