Sometimes when I start my engine, whether the engine is hot or cold, sometimes it starts right up and every so often, it takes longer cranking the engine to start it. Batteries and starter are good. It does not seem to crank slowly. It runs fine after started. Does anybody know why this is happening? Yes, I am waiting for the engine heater light to turn off. This was happening before and after installing the power puck. I don't have a fuel pressure guage to test it.

Mine does the same as yours, and I know that my fuel pressure is fine. Ive been courious wht this is as well.

Mine also does the same thing. Sometimes it is a little annoying.

i had a 2000 3500 and at times it would just crank for a while then run fine. have a friend at the dodge dealer and he did a flash to the computer and it never did it again. i had no chips in it. he said there was a tsb for it.

mine had same problem had to crank it for a while before it would start had it reflashed and on mine didn't seem to make a difference,not saying this is the fix but i installed a smarty and have not had any starting problem
