I only bought 16 as Napa only had 19 on hand. The caps seem to be on pretty good held with only 4 per wheel but I can still remove them by hand. New caps are about $90 and I live in Michigan (for those that don't already know, the roads suck big time here) so I think I will find another 16 so that I will have all 8 holding the caps on each wheel.
The rear studs were just a little too short to feel good about the stacked lug nuts, so I took my 1/4-KO unibit (step drill) and opened up the back of the factory lug nuts a little. This allowed the stacked lug nuts to grab another couple threads of the stud so I could tighten down on them more and ease my mind.

DUH!!
Thought I looked already and didn't find any. I see some now though.
Must not have looked hard enough or in the right place.
