H2 Wheel Question

Good afternoon Gents;
Are the H2 wheels forged?, I am Looking for some wheels with the right BS to replace stockers. "I don't want the Chromed Chinese made wheels I see in the tire shops around here". (they should be called "Chinese Racing" not American Racing)
Thanks
Doug.

They look cast, not forged to to me. Safe load rating? I would bet it is 3200 lbs. per wheel. That was the load rating of the BF Goodrich that came on them when GM sold the H2.

Thanks Mark, I thought they may be cast, but was'nt sure. Although Ive had Eagle Alloys cast wheels on the 98 CTD and never had a problem.
Its hard finding a wheel that is forged and will fit the Dodge correctly that is made atleast somewhere on this continent (USA/Canada/Mexico).

Centerline makes Forged wheels and also WELD Wheels. If you want to spend some dough. Go w/ Walker Evans Wheels.

I've been running H2 wheels for about 120,000 miles now. Towing a 9000 lb trailer and carrying loads of up to 3000 lbs in the bed.

I cannot find the load rating on the H2s. Guessing 3200 lbs is no more than a guess and may be incorrect. I'd like to know too, but I don't and I haven't had any problems with them.
