H2 machine shop Phoenix

I just picked up a set of H2 wheels. I've seen a few trucks around here locally with these wheels. Can anybody recomend a machine shop here in Phoenix to do the work on the boring of the hub?

I know of several GOOD shops in town. They specialize in industrial machine work so you would have to know exactly what you what done. ie, hub bore size or what ever it is you have to do to get those wheels to fit our trucks. I don't know that they would be able to help make any recomendations but definately I could talk to some people and get the work done. Let me know

The inside bore would have to be 121.23 mm or 4.774" diameter. If you know of a place let me know.

Well I guess my only choice is to do it myself. I went to a local Discount Tire, and they said they could send my H2's out to be done, but they didn't know the cost at this time. I checked at Home Depot and Lowes, but niether had a 4 and 3/4 inch hole saw in stock. Anybody in Phoenix have a used hole saw they want to lend or sell?
Thanks

Just a heads up

I just wanted to give you all a heads up here in the Phoenix area. If you’re thinking of doing the H2 upgrade and you want to have your rims professionally machined, DON’T DO IT.

I’ve called around and everybody says to go to this one shop in Tempe. This place wants more to bore the rims than I paid for them. I think $200 to bore out 4 rims is WAY too much. I bought the rims for $100 and now I’m thinking of selling them.

$50 a piece for setup and machine time? Unless he is a blood relative or owes you his first born male child, he's not too far off.
He's not cutting you a deal either.

Well I guess in my mind I figured about $100 total. Regardless, I ordered a 4-3/4” hole saw bit for $35. I figure I can get it close enough myself. The tire shop I use has an adapter to center by the lug holes. I was just wishing for a more “professional” solution.

I have good news for all you Phoenix people that want H2 wheels. I found a shop that'll bore them out for $15 a wheel! Let me know if you're intrested.
