I had the same question when I bought my ISSPRO gauges six months ago. The majority recommended the 60 PSI for boost (the ISSPRO's come in 0-30 and 0-60). In the six months that I've had the truck, including towing a 9k camper, I have yet to see the boost exceed 30 PSI. I bought the 60 PSI but I wish I bought the 30 PSI.
I don't have a fuel pressure gauge, so I can't help you there.
Best of luck.

For a 04.5-06 You want a 60psi gauge. A stocker will get to around 32psi!
On a 03-04 truck you won't see 30psi without some modifications, so depending on what year your truck is and what you plan on doing for mods will decide which boost gauge to get.
Fuel pressure will be in the 8-14psi range stock if you measure it at the CP3. If you modify it you should not need more than 25psi so a 30psi gauge will work fine. This is the same on 03-06 trucks.

I got a 30PSI boost gauge when I installed the gauges two years ago because on my 2nd Gen, the turbo can't really handle any more than 30PSI. However this Jan. I installed a PS62/12 and now the boost gauge is pegged regularly. Thought I would just buy a 60 version of the same gauge, but no: they are no longer available. I guess some Optix gauges are in my future.
