You can take your boost fooler off.

There are a lot of different settings and every truck and every driver is different. Just like every driving condition is different so there is no magic setting. You will need to mess with it for several tanks of fuel and hand calculate your mileage to find the best.
I drive 80/20 highway/city and pretty flat ground most of the time and average 19.5 to 21 mpg with the settings in my sig. I actually get slightly better with SW3 but my stock clutch hates it!

You should also fill out your signature (User CP in the upper left of any screen) so we know more of what you have and can answer questions much easier!!

I like the setting in my sig for daily driving. I might SW2 if I pull but most of the time I leave it on 1. I would suggest gauges next, and if you are planning on going to SW3 trans upgrades would be smart before it lets loose.

Ask around about your area and take it to a compenent shop that knows these trucks and have a valve body installed and have it serviced. Think there is a GM servo kit of some sort you need to.
That mod is on par with the smarty jr with waking the truck up.

Maybe get a transmission temp gauge if you tow on the regular. That is all it needs in my opinion. Never heard of anyone getting really hot exhaust gas temps with the smarty jr.

With a stock trans I would set the Jr up SW2 Timing default, TQ1, PoD 90 and drive it with a smart right foot.

Be sure to update the Jr to the latest software, www.madselectronics.com and remove the boost fooler and power pup.
