Remember if your putting stock parts back in it, DON'T just throw money at the dealer. If your stock turbo truly is toast(and I didn't see anything that might have gone through it), look for a used one. There are so many out there that have almost no miles on them. Lots of used stock parts out there that could save you some bucks.

Get a service manual, engine hoist and used motor and do it yourself!! You can do it, heck, I've got a busted G56 tranny I'm gonna pull this weekend and rebuild myself. The service manual tells you how to do everything.
I hate it for ya man. But I never could have built my truck paying others to do it. I've made some good friends, we help each other out and save each other money.
