Diesel Power Magazine forums and a couple other forums I hang around on. Go to bullydog.com, There's not a SINGLE mention of ol' Larry anymore. Even a site search comes up with "0" results. There are rumors that they may bring him back later on after being "updated", but for now, it appears he's gone.

I've seen it posted before by Bud Kunz himself (not in those exact words, but he did state that the Larry files are no longer available through BullyDog).

Like I said, I've read it on other forums. I'll see if I can dig up the links. EPA huh? If that's the case, every box and programmer that even put out a smokey haze would be pulled.

29000 is about 3-4 thousand higher than you should EVER be... The rail pressure relief valve opens at 27k I think. Is yours capped? Was the 29k a typo?

Well dodge said I burnt 3,5,6 and piston. What I don't understand is that all of this happend at 1100 degress(accordign to my db monitor). I thought that the truck had to get a lot hotter to burn a piston. My dad spikes has spiked his at 1600 before. And my uncle pulls 26000 pound with bdtd and no monitor. What the use in haven the monitor to monitor egts if it doesn't WORK? That's whuy they sell them to monitor egts

That should have been you first clue 1100 degrees with PL and a stock turbo does not seem close.

What are they going to do?

dude you may had a bad probe, normally 1-6 run hotter than the other holes..I can see 6 going but 3 and 5 hmmm.
make sure you do your homework and address all areas before rebuilding and hitting the go peddle.

Im with him! How could your run all that pressure and fuel and think you were ONLY at 1100*????? If i were you i would start getting on your knees and......um.....pray!

These engines are tough...but man...even Mike Tyson would edventually succumb to repeated blows from a baseball bat.......
