Went with the Toyo Open Country M/T 35x12.50-17 and bought a spare this time.

Probably going to be a few months. Still need to finish burning the tread off the ATs.

Yep, I pussed out. I wouldn't be happy with the 37s unless I had glass fenders, 4.56 gears and a built tranny. And don't have the funds for all that!

I still cant decide between the ATs or MTs when I get 37s, and the only real reason I want them is to finally fill out the wheel wells like it should.
I have time to decide though, the Toyos are still wearing great @ 15k miles.

Let us know how the MTs wear, since it doesnt seem like there are many threads about them

Nice tires Pauly, question: Why a built tranny for 37s if you changing gears?
I am asking because my next set will be 37.

I had Toyos AT 285/70/17, 285/65/18, 305/55/20, 325/60/20 and
Toyos MT 33/12.5/20, 35/12.5/20.

The wear is about the same with the MTs a little louder. (3K rotations)

Just to be on the safe side, mostly while towing. I'm sure with a moderately light foot the stock auto would be fine.

Where did you get those at? I am in the market for the exact tires in the next month. If the price is right now I will pick them up sooner.

Thanks TJ

Very nice... I have a set too Pauly... Had a heck of a time getting shipping on the nitto's so I went with toyo's...

You won't need a built tranny to tow with with 37's... I towed my work trailer all day long with my 05 and 37's with 3.73 gearing too... It wasn't that bad at all...

I got them from a local shop. My brother's and I have given him so much business he cut us a pretty good deal on a 20", 18" and 17" set, as well as some other goodies. But the cheapest price I found was through treadepot.com.

Yeah, I'm just trying to justify my decision. I pretty much just chickened out.

I got 67k out of my last set of 35s and they still had tread left.
