Good nitrous kit??

I was just lookin around on the net and ran across this zex kit.. It seems like a well put together kit because of the tps and boost switch.. I don't want one now but maybe one day in the future.. What all yall nitrous guys think about this kit? Any good?

Thats what I was thinking.. Looks very well setup instead of having a WOT micro switch.. I don't think it would be a bad kit especially if your not spraying a huge shot..

Did you try over at compD? Theres lots of NX guys over there. I think im gonna talk to the pros at TS and see what the prices of there stuff are. They should know as good as any with all those kits out for the diesel.

I have personally used the Zex stuff on some of my Gas Street Vehicles.. It's a very good kit! Very Reliable stuff and it's much easier for the novice to set up then a system with a micro switch..

Now.. On the other hand.. That system doesn't leave alot of room to grow. Most you will probably reliably gain from that system is 125 HP... If you ever decide to go to a max effort type setup.. you will have alot of upgrading to do.

Also.. I just looked back through your Signature..

If you don't have an aftermarket turbo.. You are just asking for trouble.

You've got the stocker pretty taxed right now with your mods. I would not reccomend the bottle for your application unless you have forgotten to list a turbo in your sig...

What is the concern with the stock turbo?

Mild spray will actually help cool the EGT's..

That and boost levels, with just the tst on my truck I pushed my stocker over 50 psi, I cant imagine what spray would do.

The main concern is the extreme back pressure you would be building..

I do have the stock turbo.. I plan on buying a aftermarket turbo soon.. I was just asking about the nitrous for a future mod.. I don't think I would be going to crazy with the nitrous.. a 125hp extra from nitrous would be great for me

Yah, this dual stage nitrous system from nitrous express sounds pretty slick!
