Going with ATS Aurora Turbo and manifold..
Hey guys, i got a good deal on an ATS 2 piece manifold and aurora 3000 turbo.. i have a bullydog programmer, 4 inch exhaust, ats intake manifold and AFE stage 2 intake.. will i need anything more as far as fueling goes to run the new turbo and manifold?? i dont drag race much or haul heavy heavy loads.. mostly going to be hauling a 18ft trailer with 3-4 motorcycles.. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I went ahead with the GDP 391 without even checking fuel pressure because of all the thing I read about lift pumps. I love my A2k but I'm probably pushing it near it's limit. I'm curious to see how your A3k does with moderate mods. Craig

im considering going with the a2k actually cause my buddy is interested in the a3k i have since he races more.. would i benefit from going with the a2k other than spool up time?? i have a DRW with 22.5's and trust me they are heavy with 12 ply tires... im thinking the a2k may be better for getting me up to speed.. what do you think??

Bolt on
R u doing the install yourself? If so let use know how well things drop into place. I have an 03, and was kinda thinkin the a3k would be a good replacment for my hx35, should I stress it out, this summer or next, towing. I like to do my own work and if it's truly bolt on, it's easier to get it passed the missus when I tell her I'm saving $100 and hour doing the work myself. The only thing I haven't done myself so far is the TC and VB in the tranny.

First, with your mods, you chould be fine on fuel. If you wanted to add more electronics, then you would need a lift pump.
Second, the 3k definately doesn't spool as fast as stock, but it's going to cool better than the 2k. I like my 3k a lot. It makes good power, but again, throttle response has suffered. It is a direct bolt in and pretty easy install. Bolt the turbo to the manifold first, and install it as a unit. Also, use use some tack and stick the exhaust gaskets on the head. That will make your life much easier.
