you'll be very surprised how easy GDP kits are to install. Richard is a great guy and if you have any problems at all with your install, he's right there to help. You can also find a number of threads on the very subject too.

Very easy kit to install the only problem with the 05-07 is having to drop the tanks to install the draw straw. Just make sure you run the fuel down a little before you install. Recomend you get the full kit from Glacier or this site. Kit comes with everything you need and great intructions. Install takes about 3-4 hrs depending on skill level.

he's my DIY based on GDP's kit. DIY take's time to figure out what fittings you need, what size they are and where to get them from. GDP's kit is done for you and have everything needed to do the job. Plus you have the security of knowing Richard is there to help if needed.
GDP is also selling his new kit ( the Fuel Boss ) which is a belt driven mechanical pump. No more need for a constant on pump. It feeds as the RPM's rise.
For the connections on the pump, it's not really necessary to put anything on them but, I used some RTV myself.

Price is the big thing... I did a write up on the DIY kit and 1/2 the amount it costs into it. I spent just over $250 when the GDP kit is $500
Here is a link to the write up

Can anyone take the picture that tritont posted and label what every thing is. It would answer a few questions I had from the diy write up that was just posted. I thought the write up was very helpful just a few unanswered question. If no one can do it that is fine. That is just a great picture to have label every thing that is their and were it all goes. Thanks for your time Chad
